1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery location and the size of your order. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 Days – £2.99

  • International Shipping: 7-10 Days – £23

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary based on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs, or carrier issues.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt (or within the expected delivery timeframe for lost items) and we will assist in resolving the issue.
